I used to be able to find decent trips without much hassle, but lately it feels like a lot of the places I actually need to go aren’t covered anymore. I end up having to switch buses or use other companies WAY too often, which kind of defeats the purpose.

They got there right on time, which immediately made me feel confident I was in good hands. Reliable, professional, and exactly what you hope for when you’re counting on someone to show up.

The bus stop was right downtown and really easy to spot, which made things stress-free. I didn’t have to walk far at all. If you’re nearby, it’s definitely a convenient option to consider.

My trip ended up getting canceled, and then I was stuck waiting around for the refund way longer than I expected. It felt like I couldn’t really do anything except keep checking and hoping the money would show up. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

The bus stop signs were easy to find, so that part was helpful. I just felt a little misled because I expected the stop or directions to be clearer overall once I got there.

Once I finally got on the bus, the ride itself was actually fine, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole experience was terrible. But the boarding process was a mess. There wasn’t a clear line, people were cutting in, and the staff didn’t really explain what was going on. A lot of us were just standing around trying to figure out which bus was ours. It made the trip start off way more stressful than it needed to. megabus really should have better signs or someone there actually organizing the line.

Not gonna lie, I took megabus twice and the wifi was useless both times. It would connect for maybe a couple minutes, then drop again right away. If people can’t actually use it, they really shouldn’t advertise onboard wifi.

I don’t know, maybe I just happened to stop in at the wrong time, but the restroom smelled really awful and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. I hate to be dramatic, but it was bad enough that I don’t think I’d come back.

The bus was cleaner than I expected. The seats, floor, and even the bathroom were tidy, and there weren’t any weird smells, which made the trip a lot more comfortable. That said, I did feel kind of ignored when I had a question and couldn’t really get anyone’s attention. Still, the clean space definitely made the ride nicer overall

I assumed the seats would be fine, but they were cramped and way too hard. My back was hurting pretty much the whole ride, so yeah, not doing that again.

Charged my phone just fine, which is all I needed. No weird drama, no useless nonsense, just plugged it in and it worked like it wasn’t a total piece of junk.

I’ve taken Megabus a few times now, and it’s been hit or miss. One ride went totally fine, but on another trip the bus was more than an hour late and there were barely any updates, which made the whole thing really frustrating. The drivers have been okay overall, and I get that the tickets are cheap, but the waiting around without knowing what’s going on is a dealbreaker for me. Personally, I’d only use Megabus again if I wasn’t in a rush or didn’t have anything important scheduled.

Everyone was squeezing in, bags were being shoved wherever they could fit, and I was sitting there thinking there’s no way this was planned properly. It really felt like either too many tickets were sold or they just didn’t think through the space situation at all. The driver was fine, nothing bad there, but the actual trip was stressful instead of relaxing. I know it’s a budget option and you kind of expect things to be basic, but still, people should at least have enough room to sit without feeling crammed in the whole time

The bus itself was fine, but the app was a bit of a pain. It kept freezing when I tried to choose my stop, and every time I hit the back button it sent me all the way back to the beginning. Payment did go through eventually, but it took two tries, and finding my ticket afterward wasn’t exactly straightforward. It gets the job done, but it definitely needs some fixes.

Booked my trip on megabus.com and it was simple. I could find the times and prices without digging around forever, and checkout didnt take long at all. Everything was laid out clearly, which I appreciated.

Had an issue with my booking and I was annoyed at first. It did take a bit for them to get back to me, which was frustrating, but customer service eventually sorted it out and refunded the extra charge. Not a perfect experiance, but I’m glad they actually dealt with it in the end.

Not gonna lie, Megabus looks like a good deal when you first see the ticket price, but once the fees get added and you actually deal with the service, it doesn’t feel like much of a bargain.

My bus showed up late, the seats were super cramped, and the wifi didn’t work at all the entire ride. Yeah, I paid less than I would have for a train ticket, but the trip was stressful and uncomfortable from start to finish.

At this point, I’d rather spend a little extra next time and take something more reliable. Megabus just feels like saving money in the most frustrating way.

The schedules are okay and work fine for the most part, but I do wish there were more options to choose from. It feels a bit limited, especially if you need more flexibility. Overall, it’s not bad, but it left me feeling like it could be more accommodating
